Q: Will the delivered arrangement look exactly the same as the picture online?
A: Sometimes it's necessary to substitute flowers due to the availability. We strive to retain the value and the integrity of every single arrangement ordered online at Morning Glory Flowers, paying particular attention to colour scheme and premium flower components. Please read our substitution policy.

Q: Can I send an order anonymously?
A: Yes, you can send an order anonymously, and also type whatever you like as a card message. Please be advised that we are obliged, if requested by the recipient, to give out the sender's name. This is common floral industry practice. In general, we advise against sending anonymous gifts, as these often lead to some distress for the recipient. In our experience, the recipient will almost always prefer to know who has sent a gift at the exact time it is received.

Q: How do I get a copy of my receipt?
A: Once your order is successfully submitted online, you will immediately receive a receipt (with order number) on your web browser screen. We suggest printing and retaining this receipt for your records.


Q: How to place an order?
A: To place an order online you need to follow the below steps:

  • Select your particular Flowers.

  • Click o on “Add to Cart”

  • You need to click on “Proceed to check out”. (If you wish to add more products then you need to click on “Add more products” and accordingly add more products and then click on proceed to checkout).

  • Fill in the Shipping Details (Recipients Details) and the Billing Details (Sender’s details) , then fill the gift message, select delivery date , then Select Payment option and most important , kindly read our disclaimer and then click on the Submit Button.

  • The last step is to Preview your order and click on the Confirm Button .

  • You will get the secure payment page. You need to fill your payment details and then “Submit”.

  • Once we receive your order and payment , you will receive an order confirmation mail from us , which will have your order number , the delivery date and the receiver’s name and address .

 

Q: How can I receive a confirmation of my order?
A: We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address.
